2024 BBQ Fundraiser
Our BBQ Fundraiser in 2023 raised just under $6000.
The Raffle raised a lot of funds with the Webber BBQ as first prize being very popular! Once again we were fortunate to receive many donations that meant the costs were lower this year, many thanks to the committee and volunteers for all their hard work to achieve such a great outcome for the day!
Special Award
Our AGM and Presentation day were combined this year and held at Capalaba Sport Club on the September.
Players and families were invited to enjoy some lawn bowls, it was a great atmosphere to hold the AGM and Presentations.
Congratulations to all players for a great season and those who received special awards and trophies for a season well done.
2024 Finals
In 2024 our under 12s team overcome many injuries through the year to make it to the final rounds, it was definitely a nail brighter of a year! All teams fought so hard and the club is immensely proud of everyone who played a part in them getting to there.
In 2023 The CLub got to Celebrate with Mike Clarke as he was honoured and named the Netball QLD Community Official of the year. Mike retired in 2023 after 25 years umpiring with Blues Union Netball and Redlands Netball Association. In total across Netball and cricket Mike has dedicated 50 years to umpiring.
Everyone who has been part of the club in recent years is honoured to know, learn and mentored by him.

This year we welcomed 15 new players to the club.
The Committee welcome all players, new and returning and hope you all have a fantastic season in 2025.
In 2024 the U12s team got to have a training session the the Firebird as one of the team members won a prize thanks to Containers for Change
